Police: Driver Lying Down in Back Seat Arrested for Sixth OWI

MADISON, Wis. (WISC) - A man was arrested for his sixth operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated offense early Friday morning, according to a release. 

The 28-year-old driver had struck the median and stopped his car near the corner of North Stoughton Road and Commercial Avenue on Madison's far east side, the release said.

Officers found Satta Thor laying down in the back seat of the car and obtained a warrant for a blood sample before transporting him to the Dane County Jail, officials said.
