TWIN LAKES, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Twin Lakes police captain charged with stealing painkillers has resigned from the force.
The Twin Lakes Police Department says Dennis Linn's resignation was effective Wednesday, March 6. Linn made his first court appearance on Thursday.
He's accused of stealing the painkillers from the station collected through a drug take-back program for his wife, Cheryl who has also been charged.
Linn will be back in court later in March.
