Police: 86-year-old Milwaukee man fatally struck by vehicle, driver arrested

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say an 86-year-old Milwaukee man was fatally struck by a vehicle Tuesday, Oct. 27, near 27th and Ohio Avenue.
Officials say the man was crossing the street around 4:50 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle driven by a 24-year-old Milwaukee man.
Police say the driver was arrested.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the upcoming days.
