BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police have arrested one of the passengers who had shots fired at them by their Lyft driver.
Last week, a driver thought he was about to be robbed and fired off four shots as his passengers ran away outside Brookfield Square Mall.
Police say the passengers came from Michigan to try and buy cell phones illegally.
The three other suspects are also wanted for "fraud-related charges."
Police say they will not be charged with any crimes related to the incident in the Lyft car.
There is still no word if the Lyft driver will face any charges for opening fire.
