Plea offer expected for man charged in death of 2-year-old daughter and her mother

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A plea agreement may be in the works for Dariaz Higgins.
This case dates back to 2019 and has been delayed by the pandemic.
Higgins was charged in Minnesota for the death of his 2-year-old daughter, Noelani Robinson.
He was arrested in Milwaukee for the shooting death of Noelani's mother, Sierra Robinson.
At a hearing Thursday, April 15, court records show the prosecution plans to deliver an offer to Higgins before the trial, which is scheduled for April 26.
