MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new pilot program in Milwaukee hopes to give a boost to struggling neighborhoods.
JP Morgan Chase awarded grants to neighborhoods to make space for local businesses to move in.
"We take a neighborhood by neighborhood campaign and invest in local real estate, small business, and the people of this city to enhance our neighborhoods and become successful," said Ald. Russel Stamper with the 15th District.
There's also an opportunity for anyone interested in starting their own business to go through training with the program.
