MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- How does a four-star hotel adapt to a pandemic?
CBS 58 got a look inside Milwaukee's Pfister Hotel on Wednesday, July 22, as they opened their doors for a look at the health and safety measure it's taking as part of its new "clean care pledge." It includes enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols, PPE's, social distancing, and coming soon is a new app for customers.
"You'll be able to go up to your room, check in on your personal device, check in, open the door with your personal device. Have all the information, whether you need to make a reservation at a restaurant... an appointment, whatever it might be, all on your own device, you don't have to touch anything," said Erin Levzow, Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
The Pfister Hotel will roll out the new app in the next few weeks.
