MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 44-year-old is dead after a stabbing Thursday, Feb. 6 near 36th and National, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Milwaukee police have a 39-year-old in custody related to the stabbing.

Police do not believe it was a domestic violence incident, and the case will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
