WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One person was arrested after a SWAT situation in West Bend Sunday night.
Officers surrounded a home near 8th and Hickory and neighbors were told to stay indoors.
Police say a person inside the home had a mental health issue and was taken into custody without incident.
