Peppers not emotional about facing his former team

There's likely no one in Green Bay more familiar with the North Carolina Panthers than Julius Peppers.

Peppers went to high school and college in North Carolina, then spent seven years with the Panthers, making five Pro Bowls. Now, Peppers is charged with the task of containing Panthers quarterback Cam Newton and helping the Pack win their fourth straight game.

Peppers says he's not very emotional about taking on the team who employed him for so many years. He says that, while some organizational members are the same, the players he played alongside in Carolina have since departed the team. Steve Smith, for example, is now with the Baltimore Ravens.

Peppers and the Pack take on Newton and the Panthers at noon Sunday.
