Pedestrian in critical condition after being hit by car on Silver Spring Drive

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating an accident that happened on Friday, Feb.2, around 10:00 p.m. near Silver Spring and Crestwood.

According to police, an 18-year-old pedestrian was in the street and was hit by a car going east on W. Silver Spring.

The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car remained on the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

This investigation is ongoing.
