Paul Ryan tells CBS This Morning Congress Needs to Focus on Filling Mental Health Gaps in Gun Control

In wake of another U.S. mass shooting (there have been more than 350 this year),Speaker Paul Ryan said to CBS This Morning that Congress should focus on filling in gaps in mental health legislation.

But, Ryan said that the response of lawmakers must not "infringe upon rights of law-abiding citizens.”
