Part of Michigan Street to Close for Lakefront Gateway Project

Michigan Street is closed between Cass and Lincoln Memorial Drive for the next week.
The pedestrian bridge to the transit center is being torn down.
It's part of the city's lakefront gateway project.
The transit center will also be torn down and replaced by the 44-story couture building.
