Packers release one quarter back and 4 other players

We are just two days from the Packers final preseason game against the Saints, and the team has some decisions to make.
The Pack must reduce their roster from a maximum of 90-players to 75.
Head coach Mike McCarthy said with a bunch of young players fighting for a roster spot. this week is tense.
The young players got the bulk of the work on Saturday at Lambeau against the Eagles.
And that will likely happen again on Thursday against the Saints.
Because right after the team gets down to 75 players there are more tough decisions to come.
The team must cut down to their final 53 players by this Saturday.
McCarthy said the team will likely keep the best 53 players  and worry less about position.
The Green Bay Packers have placed WR Jordy Nelson on injured reserve and waived/injured WRs Javess Blue and Jimmie Hunt.
The Packers have also released QB Matt Blanchard, WR James Butler, LB Adrian Hubbard, DB Kyle Sebetic and TE Harold Spears.
The transactions were announced Tuesday by Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations.
