OWI arrest made after West Bend man, passenger fall off motorcycle

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested a 55-year-old West Bend man over the weekend.
A deputy was on routine patrol around 5:30 on Sunday when he saw a motorcycle come to a stop at the end of the off ramp on US 45 and CTH D. As the motorcycle came to a stop, the operator and passenger fell off.
The deputy stopped the motorcycle and found that the operator, a 55-year-old West Bend man, was intoxicated.
The man was arrested for 3rd OWI and taken to jail.
The passenger was not injured and turned over to a friend that came to the scene.
