Orlando Victim has ties to Northeast Wisconsin

GREEN BAY,WI- CBS WFRV has learned that one of the victims in the Orlando attack has ties to Northeast Wisconsin. 

Xavier Emmanuel Serrano Rosado, 35, was shot and killed at Pulse nightclub over the weekend. 

Rosado has a lot of family in the area, including a sister. 

Rosado, also known as Eman Valentino, was a dancer and choreographer.  He had a young son who recently graduated from pre-kindergarten.
