Online Ad Offers Elementary School Children for Sale

SUAMICO, Wis. (AP) — Administrators at an elementary school in Brown County contacted the sheriff's office after an ad showed up on Craigslist offering the students for sale.
A parent called Forest Glen Elementary School in Suamico Monday about the ad posted on the popular internet site. It was titled "Children for Sale-Forest Glen Elementary" and read "Hundreds of kids to choose from. Pick and Run. Male or Female ages 5-9."
Brown County Sheriff's Lt. Jim Valley tells WBAY-TV (http://bit.ly/2d7W2p6 ) his office is investigating even though the posting is probably a joke.
