MILWAUKEE (CBS 68) – It was one year ago this week when the world turned upside down seemingly all at once. It was a time when once in a lifetime events like the cancellation of NCAA March Madness and schools being shut down across the nation were happening one after the other.
What may seem like just yesterday to some has surely been the longest 12 months for so many.
