APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) -- Appleton Police officers were dispatched to the area near Matthias Street and E. Peter St. around 6:05 pm for a disturbance involving a weapon.
An adult male with a shot gun allegedly confronted officers outside his home.
Multiple officers shot at him, killing the man.
The Green Bay Police Department has been contacted and requested to complete the investigation.
