PEWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One person is dead and another seriously hurt after a wrong way crash in Pewaukee on Tuesday, April 14.
According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, authorities were called to the area near Interstate 94 and Meadowbrook Road around 11:30 p.m. for a car crash. An initial investigation revealed that a sedan driven by a man was driving the wrong way in the eastbound lanes of I-94. The car hit another car that was being driven by a 24-year-old woman. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was taken to the hospital with severe injuries.
