One Cited After Alcohol Compliance Checks in Caledonia

On Friday, October 16, the Caledonia Police Department in conjunction with the Racine County Youth Coalition conducted alcohol compliance checks of licensed establishments in the Village of Caledonia.
A total of 13 licensed establishments were checked. One business, Joys Food Mart, 7952 E Frontage Rd, violated village ordinance with a sale of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
Several citations were written to the clerk and business owner for the sale.
