Obregon Waives Extradition

Andrew Obregon waived his extradition to Kenosha County, WI today in a Lake County, Ill. court appearance, according to Kenosha County Sheriff Dan Ruth.
He has been transported back to the Kenosha County Jail by Kenosha County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Obregon is scheduled to appear in the Kenosha County Intake Courtroom on November 4.
