OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Supercharged smoothies and cold pressed juices are specialties at Nourish Organic Juice Bar.
In 2025, they saw a growing interest in matcha, a caffeine that leaves out the jitters. While they continue to see a desire for matcha lattes, they're also seeing more people try green drinks and spoonfuls of sea moss.
"What’s nice about the juice cleansing is you’re getting 15 pounds of produce. You’re still getting your hydration and minerals and vitamins and phytonutrients and still feeling cleansed," said Allie Stark, the owner of Nourish. "Sea moss is a big trend we’re seeing because people want minerals and electrolytes, so we’re doing a spoonful of sea moss a day."
Nourish Organic Juice Bar focuses on clean ingredients, from making their own nut milks without fillers to local farm to table ingredients in foods.
