Northside Milwaukee home damaged by fire

There is no estimate of damage and the cause of a late night fire in a north side Milwaukee home is under investigation.   The Milwaukee Fire Department was called to the fire around 10:10 PM in the one-and-a-half story house at W Calumet Road and N 43rd Street.    The fire was found in the living room of the house.  Firefighters from Milwaukee and the North Shore Fire Department were on scene for about two hours.   No one was injured in the fire, but the Red Cross was called to assist the residents of the house.  We Energies was also called to assist.
