MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new bank is now open on Milwaukee's south side.
The bank has a focus on providing culturally appropriate banking services and financial literacy resources for the Latino community in the neighborhood.
"It's important that local business understand the businesses they serve," said Mayor Cavalier Johnson. "North Shore is working to make sure language isn't a barrier to the banking relationships they've developed and will continue to develop in southside neighborhoods at their expanded location."
North Shore Bank can be found at the former CVS building on Forest Home Avenue.
