Nordstrom Opens in Four Days

It's been a long time coming and now Milwaukee is just four short days away from the opening of Nordstrom Department Store. CBS 58 got a first look inside the new store. The long-anticipated opening will be this Friday at Mayfair Mall.

The 140,000 square foot, three level store is located on the east side of the mall. It's the first full-line Nordstrom to open in Wisconsin.

"We just want to be where our customers are and bring them a store that's closer to home. We have so many great customers that shop with us in the Chicagoland area and we're just excited to be opening our doors here," said Nordstroms Spokesperson Salimah Karmali.

The first 1,500 customers on Friday will receive a beauty tote bag and a beauty bash will be held for two hours before the store opens 10 AM Friday.
