GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The US Navy says the pilots involved in an unscheduled flyby of Lambeau Field were following the rules.
The Green Bay Press Gazette was the first to report the decision.
Two helicopters flew over the stadium in August, during the preseason game against Pittsburgh.
No flyovers were scheduled for that day.
