KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Kenosha sports bar can no longer play live music.
The Kenosha Common Council denied the RedZone Sports Bar & Grill's cabaret license Wednesday, which means the bar can't have live bands or DJ's.
Public records show some neighbors complained about the noise level at the bar. RedZone's owner believes the city has a problem with the hip-hop they play.
He told CBS 58 that he plans to file a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city.
