PEWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 62-year-old male bus driver has been arrested for alleged improper conduct with a minor.
The Village of Pewaukee Police Department was alerted of the misconduct on Tuesday, May 13, and proceeded with an investigation the following day, Wednesday, May 14.
The bus driver was immediately suspended from the GO Riteway Bus Company. After interviews, investigation and reviewing bus video, he turned himself into police custody.
The Pewaukee Superintendent, Mike Cady, sent out a letter Wednesday May 14, addressing the arrest. He stated that the school district is working with law enforcement as they continue the investigation.
The Waukesha County District Attorney's Office is reviewing potential criminal charges at this time.
