New felony charges against former Milwaukee City Attorney

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Former Milwaukee City Attorney Tearman Spencer is facing more felony charges.
Prosecutors say he took part in a scheme to con a property owner into selling real estate for far less than it was worth.
The new felony counts come on top of previous misconduct charges, accusing Spencer of using his office for personal gain.
He's free on a signature bond while the state works to combine both cases into one trail next year.
