NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The pandemic didn't stop fans of comics from getting together Sunday, July 26.
The Comicverse Comic Convention and Toy Show was held at the New Berlin Ale House.
Dozens of vendors were showing off their collections.
An organizer says comics and related items are timeless.
"People like the stories, it's nostalgic, people got into it when they were kids and pass it on to their kids, so it's a pretty popular hobby," said organizer Adam White.
The next show is scheduled for Oct. 11.
