Neighborhood Dispute Leads to 17-Year-Old Female Being Shot

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police were called to a non-fatal shooting in the 2000 block of N. 39th Street. A 17-year-old female was involved in a dispute with other neighborhood girls. The dispute escalated into a physical fight between a small group of people and the 17-year-old.

During the fight, someone pulled a gun out and shot the 17-year-old. She was taken to the hospital and is being treated for her injury.

Milwaukee police continue to search for a suspect in the shooting.
