KEWASKUM, Wis. (CBS 58) -- With temperatures plummeting, who wouldn't love to spend a week or two in the Caribbean? It's a getaway most people can only dream about, however enjoying a taste of that beautiful region is within everyone's reach.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Emerson Lehmann went back to his hometown of Kewaskum and discovered an inland island of Caribbean cuisine served up by a chef working to bring all kinds of people to a table of happiness at Caribbean Joe's.
