"My apologies for the delay:" Appleton woman pays back parking ticket from 25 years ago

APPLETON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An Appleton woman might have us all beat when it comes to unpaid parking tickets.
A resident stopped by the Appleton City Hall on Wednesday to pay a parking ticket that she found in her basement.
The woman wrote on the parking ticket, "My apologies for the delay. (25 yrs?) Oops." She also made sure to include the 35 cents that she owed.
