MU names 'interim' business school dean following death of Dr. Joe Daniels

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Marquette University's Dean of Business administration was hit by a driver and killed. 

On Monday, the school named his interim replacement. 

Tim Hanley will lead the business school. He's a former senior partner at the Deloitte Accounting and Financial Services firm who's served as Marquette's executive in-residence since last October. 

He succeeds Dr. Joe Daniels, who was struck and killed while walking near 10th and Wisconsin Avenue on campus. 

The woman who was driving the car that him him has not yet been charged.
