A now suspended elementary school teacher is behind bars. Timothy Malloy, a teacher at Whitman Elementary School in Milwaukee has been arrested and charged with 2nd degree sexual assault of a child under 16 years old.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim “described a large number of incidents, estimating that he touched her inappropriately approximately 50 times when she was between 11 and 13 years old.”
The complaint states that the alleged incidents happened between September 2013 and June 2016.
If found guilty, Malloy could face up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
Malloy is expected to appear in court for his preliminary hearing on June 6.
