MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee is preparing to say goodbye to fallen Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner.
On Wednesday, the public is welcome to pay respects to Officer Rittner from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Oak Creek Assembly of God Church.
The funeral procession will take place following the visitation and funeral service. The officer's body will be taken from Oak Creek to Krause Funeral Home in Brookfield.
Local police departments are asking for everyone's patience as they assist in the procession. Milwaukee Police tweeted a map of the procession and the route the procession will take.
