MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The funeral for Milwaukee police officer Peter Jerving will be held at Elmbrook Church tomorrow, Feb. 13.
A public visitation is set to start at 9 a.m.
The funeral will start at 1:30 p.m.
The ceremony will be livestreamed. You can watch it online on our website.
Today, we learned who some of the speakers will be during the funeral for Officer Jerving.
MPD says that in addition to family and friends, special remarks will be made by Mayor Cavalier Johnson, Chief Jeffrey Norman and District 4 Captain Bradley Schlei.
That was Officer Jerving's District.
At the end of the funeral, there will be an 'End of Watch' ceremony at the church.
Then, a procession will take Officer Jerving to his final resting place.
That is expected in the late afternoon and will impact traffic.
Streets impacted will be Barker Road and eastbound Capitol Drive.
We will be carrying the entire procession on CBS 58.
