MPD Investigating Two Shootings During Robberies

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday at 4:40 PM, in the 2800 block of North 38th Street. The victim, a 21-year-old male, sustained a non-life-threatening injury and is being treated at a local hospital. 

The shooting occurred during a drug transaction/robbery. There are no suspects in custody at this time.

Milwaukee Police are also investigating a shooting that occurred on at approximately 8:40 PM in the 200 block of E Chambers St. The victim, a 34-year-old male, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is being treated at a local hospital.  

The shooting is robbery-related.  

No suspects are in custody for either shooting and both shootings are under investigation.
