MPD Investigating Thursday Night Shooting and Separate Sudden Death

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened on Thursday, February 25 at approximately 9:45 PM in the area of 5315 West Mill Road. The 28-year-old male victim was shot by a known suspect during a confrontation.

The victim was conveyed to a local hospital where he is expected to survive. The shooting suspect has been arrested.

Milwaukee Police are also conducting a sudden death investigating that occurred on Thursday, February 25 at about 11:20 PM. A 58-year-old man collapsed while standing at a bus stop in the area of 9200 West Concordia Avenue.

A witness attempted to help the individual but he eventually died. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
