MPD investigating fatal shooting near 39th and Lloyd

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A fatal shooting near 39th and Lloyd early Wednesday, July 8, left a Milwaukee man dead.

According to police, the shooting happened at approximately 4:40 a.m.

Police say the 28-year-old victim sustain fatal injuries.

The circumstances leading up the shooting are under investigation. No suspects are in custody.
