Man crashes vehicle while driving shooting victim to hospital, 4 injured

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting and crash that occurred Monday, July 25 near 15th and North Avenue.

Police say a shooting victim was being driven to a hospital when the driver lost control and crashed into a pole near 12th and Juneau. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to roll. 

Authorities say a 26-year-old Milwaukee man sustained life-threatening gunshot injuries. 

The driver of the vehicle, a 54-year-old Milwaukee man, was seriously injured in the crash. His passengers, a 27-year-old Milwaukee woman and a 20-year-old Milwaukee woman, were also seriously injured and transported to a local hospital for treatment. 

Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspects.
