MPD: 27-year-old female shot near Atkinson and Congress

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a 27-year-old female was shot near Atkinson and Congress on Saturday afternoon, June 5.
Officials say the victim, an out of state resident, sustained non-fatal injuries in the shooting.
She was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are currently under investigation.
Police continue to seek unknown suspects.
