RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Mount Pleasant man could face jail time after police say he assaulted his roommate during an argument over his Tom Petty music.
The roommate allegedly asked Nicholas Gunderson to turn his music down at least three times.
Police say Gunderson then pointed a gun at the roommate and pushed him to the ground.
The roommate called police who then arrested Gunderson.
Police also found several weapons in Gunderson's apartment.
