Motorcyclist Dies after Collision with Deer

On Saturday at 5:31 PM, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motorcycle crash on State Highway 73, half mile south of County Highway CD in the Township of Westford.
Preliminary investigation shows that a 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling southbound on 73. A deer ran into the path of motorcycle and the driver was ejected from the bike after the collision.
The operator was the lone occupant and suffered severe injuries.
The driver was transported to Beaver Dam Community Hospital by Beaver Dam EMS and was pronounced dead at the Hospital.
The Crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s office.
