Motorcycle driver taken by Flight For Life after blowing through stop sign

WESTFORD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Saturday, September 2 at 7:15 a.m., the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash on County Highway G at the intersection with County Highway FW, in Westford.

A Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling north on Highway FW and approached the stop sign intersection with Highway G. The motorcycle did not stop and went straight into a ditch on the north side of the intersection.

The motorcycle went airborne and the driver was ejected. The bike hit a parked car near the intersection.

The male driver sustained life threatening injuries and was flown by Flight for Life to UW Hospital in Madison.

The crash is under investigation.
