MILWAUKEE-More recollections and tributes are pouring in about murdered journalist James Foley who was a 1996 graduate of Marquette University.

On Wednesday night, just as students were returning to campus, Marquette President Dr. Michael Lovell honored Foley during a welcoming ceremony.

Many of the students who attended recalling hearing Foley speak on campus back in 2011 when he returned from being kidnapped in Libya.

Student Marcell Kirkman told CBS 58 News that \"Just to hear him come back and share his experiences it was really inspiring for a lot of people. Some people left in tears. I remember that vividly.\"

Now, they are crying for another reason.

A prayer vigil to remember Foley and support his family has been moved from next week Wednesday to Tuesday, August 26th, at the Chapel of the Holy Family inside the Marquette Student Union at 6 p.m.
