MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to Milwaukee Police, Phoenix "Mariah" Dickens was found safe near 20th and Highland. 

“Police made a promise to me and they kept it. But the atmosphere has been up and down.  We’ve been crying, we’ve been hugging and we’ve been doing everything we can to try to get her back. We are glad she is safe," said Mario Dickens, Phoenix's dad. 

Around 10 a.m., investigators blocked off the area with caution tape while they were searching for two suspects.Officers was seen entering and surrounding the apartment building. 

Dickens said he doesn't know anyone who lives near 20th and Highland.

“I have not heard anything just that police found her in the bushes," said Santana, Phoenix's daycare provider. 

Police have not confirmed how she was found. 

“She was in great spirits and I am sure she will have a story to tell me and I don’t know what that is," said Dickens.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 3-year-old girl was abducted from her Milwaukee home Monday morning.

According to the Milwaukee Police Department, around 2:30 a.m. two armed men entered the home near 62nd and Hampton and took 3-year-old Phoenix Dickens. 

She was last seen in a black or blue colored vehicle with dark tinted windows. Dickens is described as 2’4”, has long black hair that was pulled into a pony tail and was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt with purple and pink checkered pants. Dickens' grandmother tells CBS 58 she also goes by Mariah.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 30-33 years of age, 6' 2"-6' 3" tall with a thin build and wearing a hooded sweatshirt.

The second suspect is a black male, 5' 7" and 150 lbs, slim build, short hair, dark beard, last seen wearing a V-neck t-shirt.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An AMBER Alert has been issued for missing 3-year-old, Phoenix Dickens.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to the Milwaukee Police Department, Dickens was initially placed in a red van and then moved to a different vehicle, possibly a dark blue or black car. No further info is available at this time.

There is an active search for this child.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A three-year-old girl has been reported missing early Monday morning.

Phoenix Dickens was last seen leaving the area of 62nd and Hampton with two males suspects, possibly in an older red van, with an unknown make, and unknown license plates.

She is described as 2’4”, had long black hair pulled into a pony tail and was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt with purple and pink checkered pants. 

The first suspect is described as a black male, 30-33 years of age, 6' 2"-6' 3" tall with a thin build and wearing a light over dark Jordan hoodie.

The second suspect is a black male, 5' 7" and 150 lbs, slim build, short hair, dark beard, last seen wearing a V-neck t-shirt.
