Milwaukee's Unsolved Bank Robberies: The Cross Dresser

MILWAUKEE- Bank robberies are increasing across Wisconsin, which is why the FBI office in Milwaukee is working with CBS58 finding the latest bandits still on the loose.

On Monday, a bank robbery at a US Bank on North Farwell in Milwaukee was featured.

The robbery happened back in March.

According to the FBI, the suspect was dressed as a woman, complete with a black wig, and what looked to be a brown Burberry purse.

The FBI said that it was obvious to bank employees and customers that this person was a man and not a woman at all.

CBS 58 was told that once or twice a year the FBI will investigate cross dressing suspects.

Another cross recently hit in Milwaukee at the end of May at the TCF Bank on N.35th Street.

The FBI said that, while a popular disguise, cross dressing rarely fools anyone.
