MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Like nearly everything else, many shows and performances were forced to cancel over the last year because of COVID restrictions. Allen Halas with Shepherd Express and Breaking and Entering joined CBS 58 Friday, June 18, to give an update on how local artists are doing and some plans in the works.
